Round Hummingbird Iridescent Clear Suncatcher
I'm thrilled with the simple elegance of this new Hummingbird suncatcher!
This suncatcher is made by hand cutting and cold-working an iridescent clear glass blank. It is then carefully fired on a form in the kiln so that a relief image is embedded in the glass, while neatly finishing the edges. The iridescence shimmers beautifully. The hummingbird is accented with faceted iridescent clear glass beads that add lovely sparkle. The silver ribbon allows the piece to eirher hang in a window or on a Christmas tree.
*Please note that this piece is clear glass with an iridized backing. It will look very different depending on how the light either reflects off of it or transmits through it. Please look at the pictures for reference. Also, the iridescence is random in each piece. The colors will be the same, but the placement will be different in each piece.*
The glass is 4" round.
It will arrive in a gift box and will include a suction cup.
