Welcome to Wish Art Glass Studio. Wish was opened in June 2001 in Cincinnati, Ohio by glass artist Anne Simon. Anne designs and makes most of the glass on this website. Sometimes items on the website are made by visiting artists and will be marked as such. Anne has been doing glass professionally for 13 years, originally under the name "Nimbus Stained Glass Designs." In 2001 Anne opened a gift shop named "Wish Art Glass, Gifts and Jewelry." After 3 successful years, she closed the store in May 2005 so that she and her husband could welcome their first child, Nathan. In 2007 the family moved to beautiful Lewisburg, West Virginia, where Anne now has a studio overlooking the woods. All of Anne's work is of original design and is handcrafted by her. Most of her work is featured on this website, although some items (that are too new or don't ship well) may only be seen in person.
